- Notice. For unpaid rent, a 3-day notice to pay or vacate (weekends and legal holidays excluded). For other lease violations, a 7-day notice. (Fla. Stat. §83.56)

- Judgment and writ. After judgment for possession the clerk issues a writ of possession. The sheriff posts it and puts the landlord in possession after 24 hours. (Fla. Stat. §83.62)
